This Veyron crash more expensive than I thought

When I saw this I thought it was crazy but now I just saw that Volkswagen LOSES $6.2 million on each one of these.

About 2 months ago, I brought my mom out to LA to see Hollywood, etc. We were walking down Rodeo Dr and a beautiful bright yellow and blue trim Bugatti was parked out front of one of the shops. It wasn't this one and not sure which but the owner told me it was 2.5 million. It takes some serious money to own any Bugatti, not rich but wealthy.
