Defense
-Rinse and repeat, Ravens opened up the game running left play after to play and getting chunk runs. Basic football, DE's job is to set the edge and I haven't seen Parsons do it yet! I know he is a star pass rusher, but he has to be replaced as a down lineman. Saw an interesting alignment yesterday watching the Eagles who also have had issues stopping the run, they play a 5 man front and did an excellent job stopping the Saints rushing attack. All options are on the table!!
-This unit has been built for speed and quickness and they always struggle against the physical teams. Nothing new, same thing happened. They get punched in the face and tend to stop fighting.
-Tackling is high school level, this is basic football, Carson cannot allow a small gain turn into almost a TD. How many times does Wilson take the wrong angle. Wilson is the most physical player we have, but he cannot stay on the field if he keeps on missing tackles. Forget about the idea of trading Bland, Carson has looked like a green rookie.
Offense
-Not much Dak can do, they cannot run the football and their 2 starting Tackles are getting beaten like a drum every week. When he does have time his receivers either stumble or cannot protect the football. I think it's time to bench Guyton and insert Bass at LG and shift Tyler to LT, then chip on the right side. At least they will get a pass off!
-Bradin Cooks has been a major disappointment. Every time I see Turpin play,, he makes plays, but Cooks does little to nothing. It's basically Lamb/Ferguson and a bunch of Jag's to throw to.
-Penalties, Penalties, Penalties. They are drive killers!
-Finally, Dak has to play better, cannot continue to not finish off drives. If he cannot get the protection, it's up to MM to move the pocket and give him more time.
Special Teams
-We have the best kicker in the league, but he is being wasted on a team who cannot execute the basics.
Will MM survive the season? I mentioned Bellicheck yesterday in the game thread, I believe he is the coach who could fix the defense in a hurry and convince the Jones family that they need to use fa and trade market to become successful. Yes, a retread, but one with clout to get these dummies to listen!!

.....Will McCarthy survive the season???? I have my doubts he makes it to November
