Dak flat out has to figure out a way to move the chains.
Three and out is going to give us an early exit from the playoffs.
This is very much on DAk . He and more have to abandon the greatest show on turf act and DAk has to run for first downs when necessary.

Dak is just not consistent enough of a passer to sit in the pocket when he's having a bad game and just go three and out.
He needs at least 50 yards rushing against Tampa Bay for us to win he has got to get some first downs and maybe a rushing touchdown.
Dak not running when he has open ground in front of him and everyone's covered is a big part of our problem.
He holds the ball and stands and waits and waits and things just get worse most of the time.

There is no tomorrow Dak needs to run

We all know how this season is going to end.
Its probably for the best the season end Monday night. If Dallas somehow manages to pull out a win they will get to play again on Saturday with only 4 days rest.

What are the odds we win the toss, choose to receive, and then go three and out.
I would say the odds are pretty good. Good enough to make yourself some decent money.

well they have the talent to win these games. I think you are right, but IF they were to actually pick themselves up and have something click, they could go far... but yes, nothing they have shown thus far leads me to believe that they WILL do that, unfortunately.

.....nor drops, nor forced passes, nor predictable plays, nor missed blocks, nor poor tackling, nor muffed punts, nor dropped snaps by the punter, nor coaching errors.

The problem is they don't have the enough talent to carry the guy that plays the most important position on the team.

we sure do. The offensive line and receivers will get all of the blame and the anointed one will get off Scott free from the media and his dwindling personal fans……
Dak should've had 4 INTS yesterday, so I guess that about evens things out for the "PFF says Dak threw 7 INTs that wasn't his fault!" crowd, right?

The thing that frustrates me is he doesn't always play like that there are times and you have to admit that he absolutely lights it up.
If he played horrible every game it would be easy to give up on him.

But it seems like when his back is totally up against the wall and he resorts to his instincts gets rid of the ball runs it when he has to and moves the chains we can win games.

These games where he just hesitates and waits and fiddles around when he could be running for positive yards and he's trying to get the big play every time it kills us.

It's like somebody needs to jump in his face and remind him before every game you are not Peyton Manning or Tom Brady if you got open real estate in front of you run and make them pay stop continuing to hold the ball and look for the big play that is not there

I'd like to know what the record is for 3 and outs by the Cowboys in a game.

I think we had 9 yesterday. I mean you can't even script that kind of ineptitude.

I know brother it certainly appears it's going to end the exact same way as last year with an embarrassing beatdown.

But this team is so unpredictable you just don't know who's going to show up

The game we played against the Vikings shows what we are capable of against a playoff team we performed flawlessly in every phase of the game.

Conversely we are fully able to perform horribly in every phase of the game against a lesser team like Washington.

We are just unpredictable and inconsistent. But when playing well which does happen at times are fully capable of beating anyone in the NFC

Yep. Early in his career his running was a strength, now its a weakness because he won't do it.

Exactly on certain occasions he is a very good passer.
But there are other times when he is just off his game and it's not working out

Problem is he continues to try and force it to work out instead of just realizing it's not his day packing the ball in and running it to move the chains

He needs to realize his job is to move the chains One way or another That's why he's getting paid 40 million if you are not throwing it well you need to run it but three and out is not an option.

Washington through a rookie quarterback out there that they were probably paying a ham sandwich to and he was throwing the ball much better.

It doesn't matter to me how you move the chains but as the starting quarterback getting paid a King's ransom you have to move them somehow it is your job it is what you are responsible to do figure it out develop a chemistry tune your internal clock do whatever the hell you have to do but move the chains
