RJones was a first rounder too, although I doubt he will make the 53.
edit: oops….my mistake- he was a 2nd round pick.

Jones was a 2nd round pick (# 38) of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2018 and the Cowboys signed him in FA.

He unlikely makes the 53.

I actually thinks he’s in. They knew that the suspension was coming when they signed him.
