Three game sack day for Mr. Ware? Yes or no?

How many sacks Ware gets doesn't matter all that much to me, just as long as we get the win. While it's still early in both their careers and the season, at this point, it looks like Ware is going to be trying to play "catch-up" to Merriman though.

I don't think Ware cares about Merriman one way or the other, he has his own job to take care of. I do agree though how many sacks this weekend makes me no differance as long as we come out with a win and play good team football.

bigger question...do Mike Zimmer and Parcells take the reigns off and turn people lose? If the answer is no (as usual) then you have your answer to above

David

Why would he change all of the sudden.

Nope...I am afraid we are going to see more predictable play calling on the defensive side of the ball. And you can multiply that times 10 if we have a lead.

We have playmakers on the defense now, I wish the Zimmer of 2003 with better designed blitzes and zones would resurface.

And to answer the question..Ware needs to worry about getting one sack first.

I am hoping for at least some QB pressure.

Anything above is a BONUS!

No he won't get 3 sacks. He isn't Merriman.

I bet he doesn't even get a sack against Washington.

And the Skins aren't the Raiders, and Mark Brunell isn't Aaron Brooks.

Lots going against the quest for three sacks this weekend.

Last time Shawne Merriman was getting hyped, Ware responded with a 3-sack day against Carolina.

So does Ware feel the pressure and respond again?

Three sacks?

Two sacks?

Okay, one sack and a bag of groceries? ;)

I say he responds with at least two sacks.
Not against that O-line.

I think it all depends on how the defense is called. If they open it up, then he could get three sacks, but I think the Skins are smarter than that. They will protect against Ware. They doesn't mean the Cowboys can't score a lot of sacks as a team though. Hatcher, Ellis, Ratliff, Ware, and Williams could all have 1 each in this game for a total of 5 sacks. Remember though. The Commanders offensive line isn't Houston's, Oaklands, or the Jets from last year. They are better than that.
