Three key areas on offense Moore addressed

Prior to yesterday we were dead last in receiving yards and pass attempts to RBs. Our backs had 9 receptions for 131yds. Wow!

Moore had completely forgotten about moving the pocket with designed roll outs. I saw two well designed rollouts yesterday including one where they pull an OL to pass block to the right. Great play design.

Again Moore had pretty much taken designed qb runs out of the playbook. I saw both RPOs and a run option for Dak to pick up a first down.

The pass to the RB had been almost phased out entirely because our fat little starter had 2 years worth of essentially negative plays when we tried to throw him the ball. No one was prepared for what Pollard did yesterday. How could they be. For years the way to defend Dallas was dare them to throw to the RB for -2 yards.

Now if he can just figure out how to get Turpin a few plays in open space! Can you imagine his speed on the wheel route Pollard ran?

Inexcusable though because Pollard was a WR in college as well.

I always thought our backs would safety valve too close to the sideline rather than a more vertical release giving them a better chance to catch and quickly turn upfield. Not sure if that’s the fault of the RBs or of the play design.

Dak rolls out, Biadasz slides over to seal off the backside and an incredible throw and catch to Ceedee.

Yeah I did not realize until I watched a replay that it was a delayed designed rollout after seeing what Biadasz did.

I was shocked to see Dak throwing it to Pollard on an actual route. 99.999% of passing plays to RBs under Moore have been simple screens or throws to the flat
The thing pollard gives you is the ability to make a play out of a dump off. That’s an amazing weapon to have. A safe pass when all else breaks down and the ability to make that a big play is rare

Dak was willing to take the short passes last night. He's been too eager to go for the big play in too many games.
