1- Deone Walker(6-6,350) DT Kentucky

Reason- The guy is dominant at times. Line him up in the trenches with Mazi Smith and the inside running lanes are clogged for the next decade



2- Jack Bech(6-2,215) WR TCU
Reason- Troy Aikman brought up something big about the Boys WRs,ROUTE RUNNING.With Bech a very good route runner. More key plays than us constantly punting or kicking field goals



3-Jarquez Williams(5-10,215) RB Auburn

Reason- Near the top in FBS rushing. Williams is under the radar with other RBs getting the hype. Hunter has all the ability to become a special RB. He's a gift sliding to the 3rd round.


5A- Maliq Carr(6-6,265) TE Houston
Reason- A physical freak could become special. Blessed with size & speed. He could become a starter within 2 seasons if he wants it.



5b- Connor Colby (6-6,315) OG Iowa (#77 in video)
Reason- 5th round and Iowa makes good o- lineman. Could be in the hunt to replace Zack Martin at RG

5c- Xavier Nwankpa(6-2, 215) S Iowa

Reason- Donavan Wilson is struggling. Nwankpa has good size /speed to challenge also can play special teams and fill in at CB if needed



5d- Jimmy Horn Jr.(5-10,170) WR Colorado

Reason- WR's need people who can get open. Horn has enough speed to become the Slot WR

6a- Zion Nelson(6-6,315) OT Miami

Reason- Highly rated lost time last 2 years to injury. If healthy could be a steal late in the draft.



6b- David Walker(6-2,265) DE Central Arkansas

Reason- A non stop motor and a relentless pass rusher. Walker joins the rotation with Parsons,Kneeland,S.Williams

IMO, 0% chance Martin is here next year and I am not moving Smith to LT.

IMO, Nwankpa will go back to school. He needs to work on some things.
Bech, Williams and Carr are probably all a round to high.
Colby, Horn, Nelson and David Walker are all on point. I really like those picks. Good reasoning/explanation behind the picks.

Don't forget the Cowboys have a 7th rounder now also.

I think he rises but he's my guy this year.

I would love a trade down from the top of 1 for someone looking for a QB and willing to pay a premium if possible. Missing that 4 this year hurts.
