1- Jaguars- Trevor Lawrence QB Clemson


Reason- Has been the #1 pick in this draft since his Freshmen year.


2- Jets- Penei Sewell OT Oregon


Reason-Jets have put themselves in a situation. Why just get another wet behind the ears QB when you just drafted Darnold the Can't Miss QB 3 years ago?. Help Darnold is the better solution. Sewell will anchor the opposite side of the o line of Becton. Get use to see these two in the Pro Bowl the next several years



3- Dolphins- Kyle Pitts TE Florida


Reason- Dolphins are a good candidate to trade down,but if they can't reach a deal. They go best player available. Pitts is a physical freak. Lot of WRs in this draft but not talented TEs like Pitts. Here he teams with fellow TE Gesicki similar to form what Patriots had with Gronkowski & Hernandez



4- Falcons- Mac Jones QB Alabama


Reason- Mac Jones keeps climbing boards like I expected. His numbers are better than last years Heismann winner Joe Burrow. Matt Ryan is 36 and near the end of his career Jones 2and QB off the board.




5- Bengals- Kwity Paye DE Michigan


Reason- Would have to love to have Sewell but that is what you get for winning meaningless games. Bengals search to fill another need and Paye is so quick off the snap. It's like he lives in the opponent's backfield. Bengals need better pass rushers.

6- Eagles- Jayson Oweh DE Penn State



Reason- Eagles have both Brandin Graham and Vinnie Curry who both will be 33 years old next year. Derek Barnett has been a flop. Oweh if he runs 4.4 or below . Teams are going to fall in love with him . Some other pass rushers who were 1st round projects who blossomed in the pros Daniel Hunter & Ziggy Ansah. Oweh the talent is there to be a stud.



7- Lions- Micah Parsons OLB Penn State



Reason- Lions defense is horrible. They need help everywhere and take best player available. Parsons starts Day 1 over Middle aged Jamie Collins or stiff Christian Jones. Parsons they have said has been timed at a 4.48 forty.



8- Panthers- Caleb Farley CB Virginia Tech


Reason-Panthers could not afford James Bradbury who left as a free agent and his replacement Rasul Douglas was a disaster. Farley is regarded as one of the better athletes in this draft at 6-2 and running 4.35 forty. Farley becomes their shutdown #1 CB here

9- Broncos- Zac Wilson QB BYU


Reason- Broncos Front Office are running out of time for Drew Lock to get it as a starter QB.. Zac Wilson is being compared to Aaron Rodgers may be the better option for the Broncos future.



10- Cowboys- Alex Leatherwood OT Alabama



Reason-You may hate the pick but both Cowboys starting OTs had serious surgeries that are career threatening. Now Cowboys front office might play it off but could be a smokescreen to get a Left Tackle.. Tyron Smith has not played a full season since 2016. Lael Collins had hip surgery where he had very little cartilage to work with. This is a strong Secondary class which can been had later in the Draft. Left Tackle is a Premium spot. Leatherwood is the most battle tested O-lineman in this draft including Penei Sewell. Leatherwood steps in as a rookie at LT doesn't skip a beat.

11- Giants- Jamarr Chase WR LSU


Reason- Giants haven't had a #1 WR since trading away Odell Beckham jr.. 2 WRs considered highest rated are Devonta Smith & Jamarr Chase both are talented but Chase gets the nod because he is 25 lbs heavier than Smith. Chase should be able to fight for the ball and beat jams and not be knocked off routed better than Smith.


12- 49ers-.Patrick Surtain CB Alabama


Reason- Niners are going to cut Jimmy Garrappolo to save cap space off his huge contract. Not sure they are interested in reaching for the next batch of QBs. With Patrick Surtain on the board and with Richard Sherman on his way out the door. Surtain becomes the pick and the starter.



13-Chargers- Master Teague RB Ohio State.



Reason- WHO? WHAT? RUNNINGBACK? Yeah I know but Chargers let Melvin Gordon go over a contract dispute . Why Teague? He is 5-11,225 lbs and has been timed at 4.35 in the forty. If he declares and runs this fast at the Combine with his size . He will be a hard pass for some teams.



14- Vikings- Christian Darrisaw OT Virginia Tech(#77 in video)



Reason- Reilly Reiff is an average left tackle who will be 33 next season. His career is winding down. Darrisaw can replace Reiff by mid part next season as the starter.



15- Patriots- Gregory Rousseau DE Miami



Reason- Patriots are showing a lot of holes on this team. Look for best available player and the tall Rousseau at 6-7 and his one season 15 1/2 sacks. The Pat's hope can hide weaknesses on this team.. Rousseau has traits of becoming a dominant player. With Belechik who is a Defensive Guru to teach Looks promising as a good pick.

16- Cardinals- Alijah Vera- Tucker OG USC(#75 Left Tackle)


Reason- Cardinal both guards Pugh & Sweeney are 31 next season and RT Kelvin Beachum is now on his 4th team will be 32 next season. Vera - Tucker is a OG who can play OT like he did this last season .



17- Raiders- Talanoa Hufanga S USC



Reason- Raiders defense had a hard time getting sacks. Well one problem was Clennin Ferell the RDE was hurt all season. Best pass rushers are off the board and do they want to reach for a 3rd down pass rush specialist? No. The Raiders go a different direction and the Raiders are known for a intimidating defense and Mayock & Gruden know one of the Raiders best at it was Jack Tatum. Raiders select Hufanga to sit back and be the bonecrunching hitter he can be and WRs fear coming over the middle.


18- Dolphins- Tamorrion Terry WR Florida State


Reason- Dolphins could use another WR paired with Devaunte Parker. WHY TERRY? He might be forgotten because of Covid but watching his highlights he reminds me of Terrell Owens. Also he is the NFL Prototype of WRs the NFL loves big and fast. How scary is the Dolphins with Pitts & Terry added to their air attack?



19-Redakins- Trey Lance QB North Dakota State


Reason- Alex Smith is a great comeback story but he is also 37 on that bad leg. Look for his replacement. Commanders got burnt by Ohio State with Dwayne Haskins . So they might actually pass on Justin Fields. Trey Lance is a good humble kid who will be a fresh of breath air from Haskins and his self absorbed attitude.


.20- Bears- Justin Fields QB Ohio State



Reason- Bears need to break the vicious cycle of Mitch Trubisky. This team has had enough disappointment from the streaky Trubisky. Start new with Fields and move on.

21- Jaguars- James Wiggins S Cincinnati



Reason- Jaguars could go in several directions with this pick. I believe that Andrew Wingard is suited as a backup at FS than starter. Wiggins has talent to become a ALl- PRO . He is tall,fast 4.40 forty. Ballhawk,but also can also lay the lumber if needed.



22- Colts-Ben Cleveland OG Georgia(#74 RG)


REASON- Colts are a pretty solid team. Why pick Ben Cleveland? The guy is 6-6,340 lbs. They say he is benching 600 lbs. He is a moving land mass busting holes. Team him with the rest of this O- Line LT- Castonzo - LT,Nelson- LG,KELLY - C,CLEVELAND- RG,B. SMITH RT.That is a dominant line and with Johnathan Taylor as the RB who is a load. Taylor will be challenging for Rushing Champ.




23-Browns- Carlos Basham DE Wake Forest


Reason- Myles really needs a bookend edge rusher besides Oliver Vernon who is near 35. Basham is a quick DE but is a perfect LDE at 285 lbs to hold up vs the run too.







.24-Titans- Zaven Collins ILB Tulsa



Reason- Collins is 260 lbs but covers like a much lighter player. Collins can also line up to the OLB spot to rush the passer. Collins paired with Rashaun Evan's and no one is getting by the ILBs here.




25-Buccaneers- Journey Brown RB Penn State


Reason- Another RB? How about I told you that RB has been timed at 4.2? Buccaneers need to have a star RB for Tom Brady. Brown has blazing speed to keep teams from zeroing in on Brady.

26- Ravens- Nico Collins WR Michigan


Reason- Ravens need a big physical WR to be paired with Hollywood Brown. Collins is huge 6-4,220 lbs will likely run a 4.4 forty. I am sure brother Jim at Michigan is telling John all about Nico.




27- Jets- Creed Humphrey C Oklahoma



Reason- Humphrey has potential to be a All- Pro Center. 3 Jets O Line in the Pro Bowl. Now do you think Sam Darnold cannot become a Franchise QB behind this line?



28- Steelers- Trey Smith OT Tennessee(#73 LEFT TACKLE)



Reason- Starting Left Tackle Villenueva is 35 next season. Trey Smith is huge at 6-6,330 lbs. He is agile enough to play OG if needed.


29- Bills- Pat Friermuth TE Penn State



Reason- Bills add another weapon for their air attack. Friermuth could unseat Dawson Knox and be a Day 1 starter.

30- Eagles-Devonta Smith WR Alabama


Reason- Smith is a dangerous WR after the catch. He will take some pressure off Jalen Reagor. Open up the air game.

Allen and Chaissen off the edges,strongmen Gotis & Bryan in the middle now Joker, Jack and Quincy William's at LB. Wiggins at safety CJ Henderson at corner



34- Jets-Travis Etienne RB Clemson



Reason- Now Jets get a homerun threat in the backfield behind this o-line



35- Falcons- Boye Mafe DE Minnesota



Reason-Why do I have Mafe so high. They tested college players reaction to snaps off the ball Mafe has highest percentage reaction at the start with 89 % reaction Basically he can get off the snap with a high rate of success to get to the passer. Falcons desperate for a pass rush


36- Dolphins- Quincy Roche OLB Miami


Reason- Dolphins need to get the QB. Roche is one of the better edge rushers.



37- Eagles- Jabril Cox OLB LSU



Reason- Starts Day 1. Cox is fast and covers a lot ground

Reason- Cam Robinson has been a disappointment and also a free agent . Most likely will not be back. Cosmi is tall and long limbed with decent feet

Reason- Patriots need to get faster. Toney is a speedster that can solve this.
