Tony Romo Broke His Own Team Record Today

Yet his team loses and Eli completes like what, 12 passes and wins.

Wins and losses matter, not stats.

Damn right, I cant believe these clowns trying to discredit what Troy did for this team.

Troy>Favre>Young.

Then your team has won more games this year than the Giants. What are you butt-sort about?

Troy won three super bowls.......and nobody can take that away from his career......how many qb's can say that ......Joe Montana(4), Terry Bradshaw
(4), Tom Brady (3) Troy Aikman (3)

Winning super bowls is what this game is about.........Troy Aikman was very successful in accomplishing that.

He was very good at what this game is about.......he never lost a super bowl he played in

While Troy's regular season stats are pretty pedestrian, go peep his post-season stats.

That's why Aikman is a Hall of Famer.

yes, Tony had a very good game. Unfortunately he missed Roy for the easy TD just before we turned over on downs and basically ended the game there. Well, I guess that happens. If he keeps up putting up 300+ yds, no doubt we make the playoffs.

Each December seems to unfold the same way:

The defense becomes porous and starts surrendering big plays. The running game evaporates. The special teams, especially the coverage units, deteriorate.

This creates a situation in which Tony Romo, by himself, is forced to carry the team. Consequently, he starts pressing because he knows the offense must score on each possession. Turnovers usually ensue.

That summed it up perfectly.

I really thought that special teams were corrected and that the D was better this year. Buehler has lost something on kickoffs with his injury and coverage blew one big-time yesterday. The defense played the worst it has in months yesterday.

I hope the D and special teams get back to the level they had been playing at prior to this past game, because Romo is human and he will probably not post 100+ QB rating games every game for the rest of the year.

No, he had a great game and his good/great throws far outweighed a missed pass or two. Nobody goes without a few incompletions. If the D, Barber, the refs, and special teams do their jobs, this was a fairly easy win.

Tony was absolutely great today. Sadly it was all for nothing.
I would agree and I am a Romo fan...he did miss on two TD throws..it happens but they were on him in both cases IMO

Tony should get the Danny White award.

Also, we should run the hurry up offense until the season is over.

Missed one big one to Roy wide open.

That could have been 6.
