I watched talking Cowboys for the first time ever today, and Broaddus and the gang were saying that Williams is up to 325 pounds and looks nothing like he did last year. They said he looks identical to Zack Martin body wise.

Pause the video at the1:25 mark for a good size comparison.
After a second look I think you may be correct. He looks bigger.
