After watching the Jags drop four TD passes Sunday morning, I was wondering if this has been a problem for Lawrence. Volia! I found this crazy stat. According to ESPN, since Lawrence came into the league in 2021, Jaguar receivers have dropped 113 passes, the most in the league--and it's not even close. The second worst, with 21 less dropped passes, has been the Chiefs.

That’s interesting I wonder why that is? His passes aren’t catchable? Focus thing? Coaching?

I watched one game, and his passes were very catchable when he throws them to the other team. Put it this way, somebody has to be at the top. I don't think there is any special reason other than a collection of WRs with the worst hands.

Yeah but since 2021? Doesn’t seem like a one off.

They'd had one of the worst WR rooms in the league for years. At least we have a true All-Pro in Cee Dee. They have almost all JAG's forever it seems.

I can’t say that though Brian Thomas, Gabe Davis, Christian Kirk, Evan Engram…Etienne in the backfield…..

Then last year they had they had Calvin Ridley…..Daniel Jones has had far worse.

Yep, there is nothing wrong with Lawrence other than having the misfortune of being drafted by J-ville.

Dudes a loser, not a propeller.

Cant even lift his WR's up enough to get them to catch the football.

Would definitely be looking with both eyes, one into a Lawrence exit strat and one looking at college QB's.

The Jags do seem to be neglecting getting him good WRs but at the same time a lot of his picks come at the worst time and that is pretty much on him.

If the Jags ate his contract and cut him, there would be a bidding war and he would have another job in 5 minutes.

I agree.

Exactly why the Owners are at fault for the QB market and there is nothing they can do about it.

I dont think there are any teams complaining about the QB market prices...but if they were they would be hypocritical and contradict themselves. Why? Because every team needing a QB would pay 75M+ if Patrick Mahomes were to become available to the highest bidder.

So...the market is the Owners/GM's fault...no one elses. Especially not 'greedy' QB's.

All the weak excuses 'fans' make on sports boards using Playoff records to define players is based in hate.
