Trying to animate a pic need help

But I don't know anything about photoshopping stuff.

If I did . . . I'd have a lot of fun with it.

you guessed right, I insert a image and go to the top where it says animate and click on it and nothing happens. I now it is somehting simple but I cant figure the damn thing out. I get jealous when I see all the funny pics and animations and I cant join in

You need to make a series of pics with varying positions and put them in seperate frames...... then you click animate...

it doesn't do it for you... open an animated pic and you will see what I mean... if you don't have on handy you can download this one and look at what I am talking about...

My sig consists of four seperate pics...

They are all in 1 file... 4 frames... then you animate it and adjust the timing...

Now with that said I am hoping that Yeager gives you the same hazing I get for telling people to do that.
