Can’t wait for the first dress down of MP or TDs should be interesting. Old school coach for sure and what some wanted not sure today’s divas will respond positively to the daily rants

Imo the media was making too much of Zim's hard coaching like their trying to create a narrative. Hard coaches tend to get most out of players, and he's to perfect type coach to get the softness out of the Defense.

That’s one of the problems with the team. The only time you can get players to respond is when they’re up for a contract extension. Once they get their money they lay down. It’s not about winning championships with this team. Just the other day CeeDee made a comment about scoring more TDs and making more millions. No mention of winning a championship.

Not too sure today’s Dallas softies who complain about everything and blame everyone else are the type to take heavy criticism, especially Mr. Podcast. We shall see
Being tired will do that. :muttley:

However, if Zimmer can toughen them up, well, we will see how tired they feel then.

Just my own speculation, but I feel it's been severely underappreciated what effect losing his son to alcohol (just over a year ago now) plausibly has had on how Zimmer's temperament.

To lose a wife about 10 years ago (to what was called natural causes) is huge... she was just 50.

To, then, lose a son prematurely... punch to the gut that almost can't help but have permanent effect.

The question isn't "Is Mike Zimmer a different person in some palpable ways?".... it's "which ways?"
