Morning all. I am probably only doing one more of these prior to Thursday night. Let me know your thoughts

26.
Bryan Bresee
DT Clemson
Finally a DT worth a damn. Bresee is super athletic and can crash the pocket with the best of them. We havent had that in years. If he can stay healthy at this level he could be a game wrecker when paired with the rest of the DL this team currently has.

58.
Zach Charbonnet
RB UCLA
Perfect compliment to Pollard as he is the big strong guy that Stephen was talking about. He lacks breakaway speed which isnt ideal, but he can tire out a defense and let Pollard go to work.

90.
Jonathan Mingo
WR Ole Miss
Tough to tackle, big bodied receiver who can make the contested catches this team will need.

129.
Chandler Zavala
OG NC State
Plug and play guard to make that left side even more strong in the run game. Him next to Tyler will shore up that left side for years to come.

176.
Luke Schoonmaker
TE Michigan

212.
Jake Moody
K Michigan

244 Jose Ramirez
EDGE Eastern Michigan

Bresee is so polarizing. Was a 5 star recruit coming out of high school. Had his ups and downs at Clemson. Scouts worry about consistency. Had an injury history at Clemson. If you are a measurables guy, his arm length was shorter than some other big time DT prospects.

I love me some DTs but Bresee scares me a bit. But he's largely mocked in that late 1st, early 2nd round area so it wouldn't be the worst pick.

I think they will go elsewhere at 26, but overall I like it.

Yeah. If they go WR in the first I hope for Benton in the second. If they go RB. I still hope for Benton in the second lol.

My only concern is your first round pick has a injury history but I’m not so certain it’s that bad. I know he went through some difficulties with a death in the family and I wish you well. I haven’t considered him because of my obsession with the offense season.

I hope they go neither WR or RB in the first. Other than maybe JSN, there isn't a WR worth the first pick. But gun to head, I'd rather go Gibbs or Bijan over any WR not named JSN.

I agree. As long as it isnt TE I am happy to be honest. If Wright falls. Id be running his card to the podium

I like it. They cover all the needs with good players. Though I don't know much about Ramirez.

However, I don't think they will go DT at 26. Just based on history and their value at DT.

Rounds 3-5 are all at least a round late

Based on game film I'm not a fan of the first two selections.

A big fan of your picks 3 & 4 but fear the word is out on these guys and if you really wanted them, you may be forced to go a round earlier than previously thought.

Wanted to NOT like Schoonmaker as I was pigeonholing him as the stereotypical plodding lunkhead TE from Michigan Then I watched him and can admit that I was off-base. In the 5th he'd be really good value.

Mingo in the 3rd isn't happening...he's a hot name right now....teams are thinking DK Metcalf Jr....thinking he may go early 2nd.

1st Round is fine....but i think they will go in a different direction. JJ likes "stars" in Round 1 and I don't think Breese is a "Star" in terms of attention. I don't like the RB..I think they can do better in later rounds. After that - I like ...

That would be a hell of a draft if Bresee became a pro bowl level talent. Just not sure about it. If you put in Mayer or a guard there, it would be a home run.

I really don’t like Mayer to be honest. I got zavala late. He’s a guard. And he’s gonna be a good one.
