Tweaking the Offense

I like Gallup, but Cooks and Lamb are the only receivers on the team who get separation. Every pass to Gallup or Tolbert are in very tight coverage. I wonder if McCarthy has considered playing 2 wideouts, 2 TEs. Ferguson and Schoonmaker are both size mismatches for DBs and maybe it would help the run game, not to mention occasional help in pass pro.

The offense was great today, but can we sustain Dak having to buy time?

Agreed. People who think a fourth string cornerback is more important than a starting wide receiver are goofy.
