Honestly if he is that limited this late in the week I probably wouldn't play him this week....or at least wouldn't start him. Let him rest and get healthy, it's not like he's been dominant this year even when healthy.

I know he needs the developmental reps, but there are still plenty of reps to get this year.

Next year we need to just move Tyler Smith to LT, Tyler Guyton to RT, and give Terence Steele the axe.

They didn't wish the injury on him and he played pretty good against Atlanta.
I actually though he had a fairly decent game against SF, but took a step back against ATL. 3 penalties, he didn't look great in the run game, and while he didn't give up a ton of pressure in the pass game this was by far the lowest level of competition hes faced this year and ATL only brough pressure around 20% of their snaps which is extremely low so he got a lot of help when needed.

He continues to look like a really good player on those gap and power run plays, but he seems to be one of the worst zone run guys in the league right now.

A lot of work for him still to get to even average as a LT. I think he will get there, but as of right now I still think he needs to be viewed as a liability on the field.

I came to post this. He signed his deal, was hurt and was supposed to miss around 4 weeks
Cowboys 4 weeks which means 8 weeks. Our medical staff season to be super optimistic or they are bad at getting guys back on the field because everyone seams to miss more time than they said they should.
