Would be interesting... but I'm hoping he rebounds over the off-season. We have a guy on a hall-of-fame career track who is still very young.

I agree. I really think the line play has been good despite the injuries. How many of those sacks are Dak?

Cowboys should draft some insurance, so Tyron can heal properly, if that's possible.

I would have to check but I'm thinking most of the sacks are from players coming up the middle of the line, which Smith has little to do with preventing..

No, I don't believe it would.

LT is much more about playing in space. Guards are hitting multiple defenders all game long.

Paul Alexander got fired in October because of how the OL was playing.

Some of the pressures and sacks are definitely on Dak Prescott, but he has faced lots of pressure this season and the OL takes the majority of the blame.

Joe Looney has played better than any of us could've hoped, but he'll never come close to the level of Travis Frederick. Connor Williams had typical rookie strength issues and will be much better prepared following a full off-season in the strength program. Zack Martin has played hurt most of the season and looked human on occasion. La'el Collins was very poor playing with Alexander's technique, which can be said for the entire group, but seems much better taking ques from Marc Colombo.

Tyron Smith is still a great LT.

That said, addressing swing tackle is a huge need this off-season. I'll pay to keep Cam Fleming, but he may get a better chance to start with another team.
