If I am Garrett, I draw up a few plays to get TT involved in the running game next week. Maybe some outside sweeps near mid-field. The Bears are going to be game planning Barber, because they know JJ isn't much of a threat. Maybe we catch them off guard by slipping the speedy TT into the backfield on a few plays. What do you think?

I think it is extremely intelligent. Problem is, however, we aren't making the decisions. This team should realize these types of scenarios and use quick thinking like you are. GO COWBOYS!

i think the best way to run on the bears is right up the gut. you don't want their lb's chasing plays because thats what they do best. pound them up the middle early with jones then bring in mb3 and pound them some more. urlacher is at his best chasing plays but if he has a weakness it's that he can be ran over by a guy like davis
did i mention not kicking to hester?

it wouldn't hurt to run TT around the edge a few times after we pound 'em with JJ and MB III. Something tells me JJ's gonna have a good game next week he's due

Last 2 games Bears have given up 2.4 a carry. I'll be suprised if either back has a big day.

I think the two will have a good game. Just a wild and crazy hunch.

I would love to see Thompson lined up in the backfield with MBIII. The defense would be vulnerable inside with Barber and on the perimeter with Thompson.

Yeah, well Jason Garrett doesn't seem to think a whole lot of Tyson. I say this based on his very conspicuous lack of touches in the first two games. And I trust Jason Garrett.

Last time Jones faced Chicago he had 150 yards and 2 TDs. I looking for both Barber and Jones to put up some numbers. Chicago hasn't had to worry about the pass yet; they gotta pick their poison now....

Hey, he got two touches for like 4 yards against Miami......

Oh, I see it now, start TT over JJ.... Please.

TT is a one trick pony if there ever was one. NO way he sees the outside against the Bears D. This is not preseason anymore!

I just think this is one of those games where the stats may not be great but I think if our backs can do enough for the Bears to respect our running game it would help open things up off the play action but I think it would be expecting a lot for either back to put up big numbers even combined numbers.

I am a Tyson Thompson fan. But, I think that is only b/c he plays for the Cowboys. I haven't seen anything from kickoffs or preseason that would indicate he's ready for more playing time than he gets. Miles Austin did as well as he did on kickoffs last year and I think he plays a spot more valuable to the team depth wise. I was actually hoping someone from the draft class could provide some competition for his spot.

Until then, GO TYSON!!!!

Keep improving and he'll really be the pride of Irving, TX. It's gotta feel good playing pro ball around the corner from your house.

JJ and MB3 are going to need a huge game.

they're going to use urlacher to shutdown witten and they'll double/triple TO.
