The main Fan Forum and NFL forum I’m unable to open . The rest no problem.

First time this has ever happened.

And it’s just on my iPhone not my iPad??

Mine is the same. I enter new posts and delete only new posts.

Just those two forums or all?
Also just FYI it looks like I can get access to the Fan Zone by using a different browser. I was using Chrome. Switched over to Microsoft Edge and it popped right up. Not sure if that would help you out as well or not? Might also try the basics of restarting, deleting cookies, etc.

I signed out and signed back in . Problem fixed. Thanks

I’m not able to get into Fan Zone at all now. Even after signing out and back in.

Just 2 forums locked out. Fan and NFL forum.
It's probably a browser cache issue now as the previous problem has been fixed, but since it was previously redirecting you to the home page your browser is likely still using that redirect cache.

Close all windows (has to be all windows or it won't usually clear it) and go to a non-CZ site.

Then wipe/empty/delete your browser cache (just the cache, NOT cookies, history, etc.)

Then close the browser, re-open it and try again.

Worked. Thanks

It’s doing it again. Am I going have to close out all of my browsers every time to use this site.

No problem except on main fan forum and NFL forum. And it’s only when I’m on iPhone.

Thanks for trying .

The problem was identified and should be fixed now, but browsers are bad about caching redirects and not following cache-expiration rules on them so they remain indefinitely.

You should not have to keep wiping the cache, but depending on the browser, operating system and/or device, it's possible that the browser or system cache was not fully cleared.

Not that this is related to your problem but just in case others are having the issue, I did want to mention that the problem was not browser specific but rather device specific so fixing it in one browser would not fix it in all browsers as the cache would have to be cleared/reset in every browser and possibly the OS for some devices such as mobile devices.

Since it was the browser I decided to try Google chrome instead of Safari which I use on iPhone since it’s my main or dedicated browser. It works fine on Chrome . I guess just will always have to use this site on a different browser.
