I think Leach is pretty toxic right now. I doubt he'll get many head coaching offers in the near future.

Colleges are wary of hiring guys who are that high maintenance and sue their former employers.

Your kidding right? We got a head coach who punches out his coaching staff. For us, Leach is an upgrade in every possible way.
