US sports fans rank Dallas Cowboys fans as “cringiest” fan base

I genuinely don't know what they mean by "cringiest". I mean, we can be a bit overly enthusiastic about our team at times, but what fan base doesn't? We're not usually violent. I know we have large debates about our players, but, again, who doesn't? I mean, how are we cringier than say, Philly fans, Washington fans, Giants fans, or 49er fans?

“causing feelings of acute embarrassment or awkwardness.”

The good news is that the actual fans have 0 percent of this in them, it is what other people feel about them, and to that, I do not care

I mean, what usually happens on other forums like Bears forums?
I sometimes scroll other boards after a win to gauge the other side’s reaction. They are defiantly more objective. You don’t see posters call other posters “haters“ or ”trolls” when they criticize their QB, coach or owner after multiple mediocre seasons.

I've spent enough time on Twitter to know why other fans have this perception. I've found myself arguing with younger Cowboys fans - who have never see the team win a Super Bowl - insisting Dak and Romo are/were better than Aikman.

Sure, and that'd probably be nice. I suppose it's different with us because we tend to really have a history of solid QB play. I mean, when your average QBs are the likes of Danny White, Romo, or Dak, that's a pretty amazing QB achievement for a franchise. Look at the teams that have struggled their entire franchise at that spot. It's why I typically will be very supportive of our starting QB. It's truly a remarkable record when we actually think about it.

I mean, I'm a young fan too haha. Obviously, Aikman was an excellent QB, but that just shows how well we've done as a franchise to where we can have debates about our QBs. To think that when I started as a fan, my first QB was a late in his career Aikman/Ryan Leaf, it's wonderful to me that we had Romo as long as we did and that we have had Dak playing really quite well when we think about it.

1)Every team has “cringey” fans. They also have smart fans, dedicated fans, loud fans, delusional fans, etc. Dallas stands out because we are the most covered.
2)Most fanbases
enter the year saying “we’re gonna win”.
3)The “hot” topics are always negative Nowdays. Negative and confrontational sells!
4)Lot of losers are OBSESSED with Dallas.
5)Opinions are like a….
