USA beats Mexico

Blown away that there isn't a thread about this match. Did anyone else watch it? That was a spectacular win. Absolutely stole it, and with sheer brilliance at both ends in the final 15 minutes. That was an awesome, awesome win for US Soccer. Not a bad year for Klinsman at all. Wins at Mexico (first ever) and at Italy. That's big time stuff.

Slowly but surely, US Soccer is building something strong.

PS Mexico fans are the worst in the world. So bush league and classless. Laser pointers? Booing the American anthem? Throwing debris at American fans and broadcasters? Bush. League. They should be embarrassed. Glad the US finally kicked their teeth in, in their own house. Spoiled their Olympic party, and I enjoyed every bit of it.
