I'm in Fort Worth and I have FiOS service. Wouldn't go back to Dish if they offered the NFL package for free.

My dad worked for Verizon in Texas for nearly 40 years, he was RIFFED a couple years ago, but he still has a lot of friends in the company. If you PM me the specific questions you have, I'll talk to him about it tonight and report back.
