Video Help Please

Hey Ladies and Gentlemen, I need a little help with a video I just made with Movie maker. A friend of mine past away recently and I made this vid using pics of her and her art work for her family and friends.

There are actually two problems, but only one of them really bothers me. Its the way the image transitions shudder or are not smooth. I made a video a couple of years ago and Movie Maker didn't have this problem when I saved it to publish it, but I'm not sure why I'm having the problem this time.

Can anyone tell me how I get movie Maker to not create shuddering when saving it to be published?

I didn't really notice much. Only a few transitions and I think it has more to do with the colors being transitioned to/from than anything else. Or maybe I'm just not certain what you are referring to.

Are you referring to the slight pause after a few of the transitions? It might have to do with what kind of file you are exporting it to, and what codecs you are using to export with. It could also have to do with the images themselves, are they all the same format? Or are you using a mix of Jpeg, Gifs, bmps, etc?

Edit: Nice video btw. I'm sure it's a great tribute and her friends/family will love (Cry massively) it.
