If he wants to sweat more, have more sex.

Soccer = :puke:

Your missing the point here.

Romo is runing up and down a field - about 30 yards at a clip.
Getting his legs in shape.
Making decisions on the run.
Working with a team.

Similar to what he would do in an NFL game.

He is not playing with leg breakers out there so no worries.

as someone who has played five or seven a side games most weeks for the past 10 years or so i can honestly say that was the most pedestrain paced game i have ever seen. don't see that he's going to get much fitness from it but if it keeps his mind sharp in relation to decision making for a team sport then fair enough. more realistically and importantly though its his day off he can do what he likes.

I've seriously thought about joining a Summer soccer league to get into shape for flag football in the fall. Soccer is a great way to exercise and no I don't really give a crap what people think of it.

This and hoops are the best cardio sports.these guys who down it would be throwing up in 5 minutes.lol.Tuff guys.lol.

Someone find a new site lately?

Just rummaging through gifs to post?
sometimes it's just a better way to respond. Instead of saying what I really think about soccer or our qb playing it I could just post a gif expressing my opinion on it. plus it might make someone laugh too.

Wayne Rooney's not worried about his place in the Utd team. :)

Just so I've got this right. You don't like association football? ;)

What else for Tony? Some winter sports? snowboarding? a little down hill skiing?

Im not ashamed to admit, Ive watched this clip 8 times. :p:

He should be in amazing competitive shape mentally when the season starts. he still has the Tahoe Golf Tournament and the Masters tryouts coming up.

The kid can do it all! Football. Basketball. Golf. And now he's showing the world he's a great soccer player as well...

You damn well know that he could have won Olympic Gold if he threw some skiis on and got dropped off on a mountain.

And I know.

Why isn't he studying film and throwing a football around instead of taking a chance in getting hurt playing soccer.

LOL.

I don't want to be that go who says he shouldn't be doing all this off the field antics and needs to be playing football but yeah that's what he needs to be doing.

From experience i can say honestly jogging and biking arent in the same cardio league as soccer and basketball. The stop and go intervals are sick.Similiar to H.I.I.T. training.
