Aikman has a big influence on me when it comes to Tony Romo.

If Troy sees something special in Tony Romo then I see it too. He's a champion so I am sure he can spot the things needed to be a future champion at the QB position.

It cracks me up when I read posts here about how anti-Cowboys Aikman is these days but I don't see it at all. He is critical but he is also fair about it and when he sees something good then he says so. Obviously, he sees a lot of good stuff in Tony Romo and I agree!

There's a big difference between what Troy has seen of the Cowboys so far this year and what Emmitt has seen. Troy did 2 of the games I believe, which means he was there preparing for the broadcasts and watching practices.

Emmitt admitted to Michael Irvin that he has not seen a lot of them.

I don't fully understand the Aikman bashing either. I agree he always seems fair when he is critical or when he dishes out the praise. He does make mistakes but then we all do.
