Listening to Schlereth, I get the feeling he hasnt watched the Cowboys all season.

Surfing porn while encoding videos is a bad combination. :laugh2:

I disagree.

I liked the NFL Network vid. Woodson makes a good point about Williams and spectacular catches.

Roy is all about the spectacular catch and we just haven't seen that yet.

My impression is that Schlereth spends the majority of his time looking in a mirror.

That one he made last year, one-handed (left handed at that) down the side line in tight coverage wasn't too shabby.

edit 5:50 mark (mute is advised)

Romo is all about making the accurate throw. Nothing wrong with that.

But when you have a guy like Roy Williams or Marty B then sometimes you just gotta put it up where the guy has a chance to make a play.

How can you just 'put it up' when you and the WR/TE are not on point and you as the QB have no idea where the guy will be when the ball comes down?

In the Carolina game ( I think) we all saw Martellus Bennett looking back at Romo and pointing upwards as if he should just throw it up to him.

Problem is the play call was for Benett to head to the corner pylon if he could get outside position on the CB. So he runs the wrong route and stands there two yards inside the goalline and it looks like Romo should have just thrown it up.

Run the assigned route. Don't start freelancing. It's only going to wind up in a turnover or an incompletion unless the play lasts more than 5 seconds.
