Though coming off a win, Vikings coach Brad Childress may head to Chicago with a cloud above his head. [Childress] might get ousted when -- and if -- the Vikings notch a seventh loss. The Vikings rallied from a 14-point deficit with less than five minutes left to force overtime and beat the Cardinals. Afterward, though, nary a player publicly cast a life preserver toward the beleaguered coach. "We know that Childress doesn't have our backs, so why should we have his?" one player said. "We're playing for us, and we're winning despite him."

Man what did he do to get the locker room to hate him that much?

Not sure but one thing I am sure of it is Favre who is running the show and will also end up being the down fall of the vikes.

If Childress handles the rest of the team the way he handled his QBs I can understand their discontent.

Two things. Childress is not a leader and he is passive aggressive.

I can see why the players hate him. I used to have a passive aggressive boss who wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Lets just say our relationship wasn't pretty.
