We've lost another legend. I grew up listening to Ernie Harwell in Detroit, and so I've learned to appreciate the good will that men like these two can create not only in their local markets, but nation wide. Their voices bring back memories that we cherish and make us smile. He'll be missed.

Dude had the voice. I remember playing video games with him as the commentator.

94 years old and almost 70 announcing. Not a bad run.
