I used the tweak in this video and it increased my internet download speed in Windows Vista by over 50%.

I increased the value to 15.

I was scared to do it in the first place in fear something would mess up on my computer. Seems nothing is wrong, but it didn't really make anything better either...

most servers on run around 3m so pipeline expansions and misc tweaks will only work on the bigger servers ie: nfl.com
