I got an email invitation to bid on Jay Novacek's Nebraska ranch which is up for auction for unstated reasons. Probably related to the same unstated reasons why I was on their mailing list.

3100 ac, with 1500 surrounded by big game fence and all kinds of exotic game animals and a 9700 sq. ft home with a rodeo arena. Opening bid = $2.0 mil.
Probably not much of a step for some of you high-steppers.

Novacek, 44, his wife, LeAnne, and their 4-year-old daughter plan to move to the Fort Worth area. He already spends a lot of time in Texas making appearances and lending his name to endorsements, he said.​

Everyone is right.... I would buy it if Jay came with it, I would hunt down the highest bidder.. but..... If he is coming to Ft. Worth after the sale...

Someone buy the dang place and lets get him moved....
