He was passed over too many times......NFL rarely leaves top talent on the table w/o a reason.

Dean was 1 of my favorites. But there were reports of other injuries as well. Can’t fault teams including ours for not pulling the trigger on the kid.

so his agent didn’t put that to rest after day 1? Oh well.

Teams are OK with smallish LBs is they have elite speed, but small without elite speed is an issue for most teams.

But have you ever seen him play? He was the heart and soul of that defense.
