wash your car in 5 seconds

Liebherr 9800 bucket excavator. 42 cubic meter bucket as shown in the video which means it holds, at capacity, over 11,000 gallons of water.

8.35 pounds per gallon of freshwater (8.5 for salt) so it dropped 46.3 tons of weight on that car.

What would happen to a person if they were standing under the bucket vs the car?

Will the limited surface area of a human prevent injury/death?

Is this "person" named Chuck Norris?

They wouldn't have to dump it on Chuck. He'd jump up and give the bucket a round house causing the water to spill. :laugh1:

That or the water would just evaporate due to fear.

Well, the 46 tons is spread out over a good deal of surface area, but it's also accelerating for what I'm guessing is 20-25' before it hits.

You could survive it, or you could be smashed to the ground and crack your cranium wide open when it hit the asphalt.

Not sure what would be the final outcome. I nominate Sandusky or Roethilssberger as test dummies.

Sounds like a job for mythbusters.
