Wave After Wave

You've competed in the surf many times. Swim well, Know all the tricks. Then an offbeat friend of yours invites you to travel to a beach in Australia...says the waves are cray-cray. But hey: big prizes, hot ladies, mega-crowds. What could go wrong? You go with him.

After a few days of amazing times "down under" the competition starts. And the first wave rolls in. No easy introduction. Your board goes one direction and you go another. Salt water up the nose.

Tank Lawrence (DE)
Micah Parsons (DE)
Wave after Wave
"I better dig a little deeper here" you tell yourself, but attempt #2 leads only to a bloody lip, and what seems like a minute under the water, battling an emerging rip tide.
Dorrance Armstrong (DE)
Dante Fowler (DE)
Wave after Wave
"Didn't come down here to get embarrassed" you think. But a bit of fear is leaking in. Then you see what's incoming next. A wave one can die in.
Sam Williams (DE)
Chauney Golston (DE)

I will give you props for your allegorical defensive line dynamics illustration and bonus points if you truly have been to Australia locations such as Bondi Beach, Surfers Paradise or Byron Bay.

They activated Tak McKinley from the PS Thursday, then made him inactive. Don't understand that move. Waste one of the activations.
I was looking forward to see what he could do.

I know they had some players with the illness issues, and DLaw and his foot. Maybe they thought just in case one of them could not go.
Anyway, I love our pass rush, has not been this strong since we had Haley and all those guys, and with Randy White and all them before then.

Can't say I've been to Australia at all. All monster waves, dem' spiders, snakes, sharks, kicking kangeroos, crocs, poisonous ocean creatures. I'm too old and soft at this point.

If it took down Steve Irwin...

In truth: do envy you if you've had the experience. (Gawd I need to get back on my testosterone injections)

Dallas even has a former 1st rounder waiting in the kiddie pool. Takk could be a solid pickup heading into the off-season with Fowler n Basham going UFA. I really like Fowler hope he's back.

I didn't even mention Basham, LOL. What a group we've got. It's bonkers.

Don't forget about the sharp rocks at the bottom. (Kearse/Wilson)

Just throw in #6 Donovan Wilson to the mix on occasion, guy can blitz. Three sacks so far, This Aggie is everywhere on the field, my unsung hero on defense. He is always in on the play no matter where it is on the field.

That Chauncey Golston wave is what sank the Andrea Gail.

LOL.

The Chauncey wave would sure swamp you and that air dinghy of yours. Doesn't get enough reps to show much.

My AFC team is the Chargers. Started year with Bosa and Mack. Exciting, right? Then Bosa's missed most all of the season, and there's absolutely nothing behind those two starters. Golston would have 6 or 7 sacks for them this season--made a big difference.

You weakened the allegory with Golston addition at the end.

Would have used Oddigy or Kearse in his place. Or just Sam Williams alone as the exclamation point.

But kudos, nicely done.
