Iowa just cannot close the deal. Ferrentz is just not willing to take enough chances (and when he does he screws up). When you have a team that you know is not as good as your opponents, you have to take more risks to win. Iowa has the worst record in close games among major college football programs over the last 3 years.

Going to be a tough year for the non-AQ's. Only 3 at large and theoretically there could be only 2 at larges - and you can probably already pencil in LSU for one of those. Plus I think all heck will break loose if they don't take both TCU and BSU assuming both finished undefeated.

But don't worry, 6-4 Pittsburgh has the inside track for the Fiesta. :bang2:
