I hate the age. 24 is old. Hopefully he can be like kittke . Hopefully he stays in his prime like Kelce. They says fergusin had no quickness or seoetstikn . Than he looked elusive. Hopefully his 4.6 speed translates. I still like fergusin too.

I think he was one of the better TEs. And after him, there weren't many better than what you have. I like having that many TEs.

Basically, they are completing the defense around Parons, as sort of the queen, and it gives us the ability to disguise things. It's a low-key smart move.

I will admit that I'm a fan of completing one side of the ball when it's pretty strong. Three ways teams win are having an elite defense, having an elite offense or having balance. Build a Ravens-esque defense and the need for the offense to be much better than average goes down.

He's worth taking a chance to develop because he does have all of the physical tools you'd want in a TE. I'm not worried about the age - in fact, I think it's a benefit at the position as he should be a little more developed physically and mentally compared to a 21-22 year old.

It stands to reason. Score less points. Win more games.

If he can start for the next 5 years and develop into Jason Witten 2.0 it was worth the Pick. IF!

Yea, and how many years did Witten play?

I think when you pick a TE in round 2, I think they believe he’s going to start. He definitely has the right skill set to succeed Better blocker and more athletic than Ferguson. We’ll see how it plays out.

The onky thing that makes me feel good is George kittke was about 25 when he was drafted.
