How does a rookie TE help us right off the bat? Are we going to use him as an H back? We needed WR help badly. Now there will be no help there from the draft and we will have to settle for Terry Glenn or some veteran that gets cut.

Maybe they plan to break open the shrink wrap on Stanback and let him play some football.

You're absolutely correct! Felix is a better fit for us than Mendenhall, as long MBIII doesn't go down during the season. He gives us the perfect complement and we have "inside" info on him since our current coach has coached him in the cotton bowl and JJs Arkansas connections. Jenkins is widely considered the best ready to play CB in this draft. There's no pressure for him to start immediately, so he'll be groomed slowly, and will give us an awesome shutdown CB opposite Newman next year. Bennett is a great TE, and the most complete TE in this draft. Not only can he block great, he is also the most athletic TE in this draft. He's an Antonio Gates clone. I've read articles on him and most writers compare his potential to Gates. Furthermore, Wade also said that he reminds him of Gates. Bennett was also a basketball player, he's 6'6'' and moves like a bigger version of TO. He's a freakish athlete and will give us an unstoppable dimension in the 2-TE sets. There's a youtube vid of him jumping over a coach and slamming a basketball. This kid is truely a freak. Also, he's the all-time leader in receiving in the SEC, and he played on a running team. WOW!!!

My, my! How bitter! Settle for Terry Glenn! Use Stanback? Can't see any use for a rookie! But thinks a late first or late second rookie wide receiver would be immediate all world!

Which WR would have helped or even started for this team? Devin Thomas maybe, but he was grabbed by the Skins early in the 2nd round. Bennett seems to be a more athletic tight end than Fasano. I have a feeling that they liked his pass catching ability and run after the catch skills, something Fasano seemed to be lacking.

NONE of those WR's never excited me honstly... Dallas has had a great draft thus far.
