We have to adjust against SF

The game plan we used against Tampa can NOT be the same against SF. Sometimes it seems we try to do the same things against different teams, knowing there's coaches that get paid to watch film and make adjustments.

Please give me your thoughts, happy for the win and how we played on offense and defense, but we have to make sure we keep SF guessing

Limit big plays, particularly in the run game and runs after catch. Limiting yards after contact will be huge.

I imagine "surprise" scheme/play changes get harder & harder to pull off the further into the playoffs you make it, because obviously all opponents are watching the tape. But that's true for all the teams, not just the Cowboys.

SF is clearly is a much better run team but their passing games is very similar to what Tampa Bay does. SF lives off the shorter passes. Cowboys will have to move guys up to shut down those under neigh throws and try to contain the SF running game.

I don't think it will be....I think we probably need to use the pass to set up the run. another heavy dose of Pollard who is a mismtach. a lot of quick throws to not allow them to pass rush much. lot of 2,3 TE sets. like mcgovern in the back field. defensively, sell out to stop the run. force them to beat us with Purdy. if he does, then so be it.

SF has faced weak teams all year, except a few. Either on defense, and especially on offense. As well both in the same games.
