I always thought the guy was a joke, his pep talks were comical,,, "two POWERFUL letters,,, "W",,,"E" ,,,",,, or "U""S",,, I forget but it was an eye-roller.

its the way the lights reflect off all the silver of the lombardi as its hoisted in triumph.
the way the stadium lights glisten off that glorious monument to teamwork as its joyously passed around by triumphant warriors after battle on the gridiron.
the standard of achievement that reflects the sacrifice each member of the team makes for their brother.
thats the gleam.
