Weak Draft in the First Round, Strong in the Middle and Late Rounds

Has anyone else noticed this?

This isn't your typical draft where you get players in the 5th, 6th, and 7th rounds where you get a guy who'll likely be cut in a year or two. There's a lot of players in this class who can make squads. More than usual on the back end, IMO.

We hear this crap every year then you look back on the draft and it was only somewhat ok for the first 50 picks. Yeah of corse there is a hit here and there in rounds 3-5 but for the most part just a bunch of bums. Trade up all day on weak drafts like this.

I actually dont this draft is very good in mid rounds. TE, HB and CB are deep, but OL, DE, IDL, and WR are very thin. Those positions if you dont get a guy in the top 100, you probably arent getting one

This is a pretty poor draft overall. The middle rounds look better because there isn't a ton of clear first-round talent.

There's enough talent.

Fans are just spoiled.

I think a lot of players make the top 300 that aren't as good as some players behind them.

We'll see, I guess.

This draft is a lot better than people think. A good chance that a team or 2 will do very well in this draft. To me a team needs to take advantage and hit on their 1st rounder and take advantage of the strength at running back, tight end, and corner. Maybe hit on a 4th round qb.
