Weather conditions in Denver bad

yes lots of slipping, and mud flying all around. Hopefully our receivers and runners and corners are ready for it.

Thought this deserved its own thread vs buried in another. This will obviously dictate the playing time of the starters.

I was just looking at the weather.com site and it looks like it might quit later on, or at the least let up significantly

Doesnt mean the field will be in good shape, but hopefully the conditions wont be too bad. It certainly doesnt look like it will be any worse than what we saw in the Carolina/Philly game the other night.

I'm going tonight, anyone have a canoe I can borrow?

it's brightened up a bit in the last hour, can actually see some sunshine

We just need to cross our fingers that no one gets injured. And cross your toes that the Donkey offensive line does not get chop block happy.

Sit Romo down and hide his helmet

Nah, gotta let Romo play a bit, but get him out if he scores on the first two drives.

To anyone who knows a thing or two about the Broncos stadium, how does the turf hold up to a lot of rain?

I'd rather not take the chance he could get hurt or just let him hand off 3 times.

I hate mud games but they have to be played sometimes. At least we will be able to see what kind of mudder Felix is...that could be important down the road.

Right. Especially on Pearl Harbor Day in Pittsburg. Their field gets pretty sloppy in the winter, doesn't it.

I hope it's bad weather tonight. Parcells always used to like having bad conditions in a pre season game, it's one more thing that you can prepare for when the games count.
