I hate em man...I ust my butt with this diet Im on and I lose 3 lbs during the week. Then the weekend comes around and obviously football is on. And the best thing to do while watching football is to BBQ and drink beer. After just 2 days I done gained that weight back :mad:
 
Try jumping rope while you watch the game. It's a great calorie burner, and you can still focus on what's going on in the game. And it keeps you from stuffing your face.
