I don't exactly get it, but ESPN's ESPY Awards won't be broadcast until Sunday night despite the ceremony being held last night in Los Angeles.
Maybe ESPN was too busy broadcasting the replay of the All-Star Home Run Derby, but the night after the All-Star game, which is virtually devoid of any sports, would seem like the perfect night to broadcast the awards. Instead, ESPN waits until baseball is back from the break.
