I agree with a lot of your choices, I probably would have put the same 2 QBs on a few of those but I'm surprised you list Jim Plunkett with the most accomplished with least god-given talent. I almost did, and Peyton Manning over Bert Jones for play action but I swear Jones faked the cameras out all the time and still had the ball. Dave Krieg was great at it too.

Really the only ones I would argue with as regards tackling was Roman Gabriel; Rams QB of the late 60's early 70's. He was almost as big as the D Lineman trying to bring him down; Lilly said he was the toughest he ever had to take down. As regards punishment its hard to match Archie Manning but the Houston O line gives the championship to David Carr. Also Archie was pretty slippery for the first 4-5 years at NO before he got beat down
