This video will show you what a good coach can do for a player. Norv may not be a good HC but he is known to be one of the best at working with QBs. Norv is an Air Coryell guy yet he has adjusted his scheme to the player instead of having the player adjust to his scheme. Look at all the crossing routes and rub routes he is using with Cam. You'd think our coaches could do the same.
