I'm not saying he's been terrible, or that Steele is on his way out of here, but if we sat him would we move Guyton over to RT, it's where he just played at in college. Maybe he does so much better over there that Steele doesn't get his job back????? Please give your thoughts

And who do you think is going to play LT? It’s well established that Tyler Smith isn’t moving back there and there is no one else. The 5 that are being put out there is the best 5 we have.

They got money tied up into right tackle. Spent a first on Guyton and he can’t play guard or center so he’s gonna be your left tackle. They’ve determined Tyler is a guard.

If steele does not shape up give Richards a try there.
not like we really have a viable option outside of Tyler who seems embedded at guard
But we might have to think on that. If steele continues to stink and Richards or someone else cannot get it done. Bass might be good enough at guard.

He’s done okay there as a rookie. He needs to improve but he’s faced two elite defenses and needs experience. I’m not particularly worried about Guyton right now. I’d rather replace Steele at some point when financially feasible. He’s been okay but we know he isn’t getting any better at this juncture.

Smith to LT, Richards to LG.

Steele is 67.7-given up 2 sacks already
Martin 69.7-1 sack
Beebe 63.7-1 sack
SMith 75.7-0 sacks
Guyton 49.1-given up 2 sacks already

you make big changes to your O line when the QB starts getting seriously worked. Has not happened

YET

Guyton will struggle this year at times. Trial by fire.

As long as Steele is here, I don't see the point of making another hole, and at this point there's no guarantee he would be better than Steele.

I would only do it if Tyler Smith was moving to LOT, and due to a long term injury to Steele. Bass or Richard at LG.

O.line is about continuity, not checkers
especially w 2 rooks

Worry about the 10 yr vets on d.line
