Wow, 10 shows... I can't even think of 10 shows I watch regularly. I don't watch anything live, catch it afterwards on DVR so I can't even tell you when a single TV show airs.

But I'd say (in no order whatsoever):

Grey's Anatomy (I know)
Human Target (Kinda corny, but I suddenly realized I've watched every episode)
Archer (Hilarious!)

Are the ones I try to watch weekly. A few of them I watch with the fiance, so the quality time is actually what makes them enjoyable moreso than the actual show itself.

I used to be heavy into Battlestar Galactica till they ended it, I still miss it. Haven't been able to get into Caprica at all.

Firefly was GREAT. It's the only reason I started watching Castle.

ABSOLUTELY NO "REALITY" TV!!!! And no current sitcoms for sure...that canned laughter crap drives me up the frigging wall...can't STAND it.

But as for mindless drone-making waste-of-time network television, I only watch two things:

You and I are the same in that respect, except instead of 24 and Lost, I want Family Guy and South Park. Other than that, sports and History / Science / NatGeo channels.

However there are two shows on BBC America that I have been watching that I really like.

Survivors (no not the reality game show)
And a half hour comedy called the inbetweeners.

Pretty good shows IMO.
