There is actually quite a bit that Dak does well and Milton could learn a lot from Dak.
When Dak came into NFL, he couldn't read a defense to save his soul. I remember one game during his rookie year where Romo was on the sideline and the play went in. As the teams came up to the line, Romo saw how the defense got themselves aligned. The camera clearly caught Romo saying "OH S#!T!" Yeah, the play was a disaster. But that was rookie Dak. He got better. He can read defenses now, at least pre-snap. Ever wonder why we use so little pre-snap motion?
The one thing that Dak does NOT do well really can't be taught. Dak doesn't process information quickly. To put it bluntly, Dak cannot process quickly enough what the defense is doing in reaction to pre-snap motion to take any advantage of the information. This is why "disguised coverages" work so well against us. Dak can't process quickly enough, post-snap, to counter what the defense changed to. If Milton CAN do this, then I'm all for him learning from Dak. If Milton cannot, then it really doesn't matter.
