what changes in 2nd half ?

Seems to happen in most of our games . They give us heart attacks in the first half and then bring us back to life with better play.
Man I hate those guys.:bang2:

On defense we played with more discipline and just played better. The play calling was also better on one 3rd down they tried to go to backs in the flat and we double covered their backs and Vick ended up throwing the ball away and we got the ball. Dallas made adjustments as the half went on and continued to move the ball. I don't think offense has been our problem the last couple of weeks. We just need to play better D. Losing Ellis hurt this team more then any of us originally thought it would.

Actually what happened was Atlanta's offense started playing much worse, ie the missed 4rth down conversion w/ a wide open reciever. The defense was average at best during this game, and pathetic for all but 5 minutes. Roy williams hardest hit was on his own corner. I'll get bashed but I say trade Roy before he seriously injures his own team mate

We're young, it takes time for the guys to adapt. JMO, of course.

Been saying that for 2 years now. Hurt Ware also. He needs to pick up his head and open his eyes. Baffoon.

More than anything we just started playing D like we can. We have the talent but seem to underachieve.

Parcells took over, and started calling the "D" after the first drive in the 2nd half.

For a quarter and a half, Vick played to his physical potential and he was laser accurate. Afterwards, he wasn't as sharp, was missing open receivers and playing more to the level he has been playing most of this season. If anything, it points out how streaky MV is.

The left flat was open all day. If MV could have reliably thrown that pass for 4 quarters, we would have been beaten. Thankfully, MV's passing game is an on and off thing.

David.

I would never believe that, it just came from the fire Zimmer thoughts, and the when the D plays good, BP called the game, and when it plays bad Zimmer needs to go.

I am a beliver that our team will flourish once BP leaves. He has brought us better talent than Jerry, but I don't think he uses it any better than Campo.

I tend to believe that, since sure seems like Payton is lot more aggressive in NO than in Dallas, although he has a better qb there. But I still remember lot of Cowboys thought it was a good riddance when Payton went to New Orleans since they thought he was as crappy coach.

I guess now no one will admit that. I am not saying Zimmer is that great, but I think he is not as bad as some people believe or not aggressive. Its just that Parcells really doesn't like to be aggressive that much. But at the same time I would like to see some other DC that can be aggressive, the question will Parcells let someone like Dick Lebeau be the coach here?
