What LB’s Look Good In Round 3?

Got any names?
I like Cox in the third. I think he will give you a good rangy coverage LB immediately. By his 2nd year, I think he could be a starting level every down LB.

Gets mocked in the 2nd alot, but I think he could be a 3rd rounder

Jamin Davis, Werner, Moses, Surratt. Think both Cox/Browning come off the board in rd 2.

It's not a very good year for LBs but I like Moses around 85-90 and anyone that might fall out of the first two rounds. A little later McDuffie Boston College and RIce Georgia would be good additions to help get some quality backups on the squad. Our LB room is pretty empty right now. One interesting prospect listed as safety is Devine Deablo who could fill the role they're projecting for Neal as a nickel and dime LB.

anyone who understands what a LB is supposed to do & is willing to do it will be an upgrade over one of ours.

I like Pete Werner at 99. Cox would be a steal at that spot.

I feel quite the opposite. I think this draft is loaded with LB in the Top 20-100 picks. You mentioned a few names already.

Nick Niemann(6-3,235) Iowa just ran a 4.45 forty at his pro day.

I think Round three would start with pick 65

Here's what I've got from 20-100

Ranking players is not an exact science. Teams spend a lot of money on it and are frequently wrong.
********************************
28 Collins
37 Bolton (I guess he didn't test too well)
59 Davis
60 Cox
86 Moses
104 Browning
112 Surratt
119 Rice
120 McDuffie

78 Deablo

Going by NFL's grading system there are two LBs that will be quality starters in their rookie season and two more that will be a starter within two years.

Dylan Moses for me. I've only got Parsons, JOK, and Z. Collins ranked above him. Wouldn't be upset at all if McGrone, Cox, Werner, or Davis were on the board. I'm not a Bolton, Browning, or Surratt guy.
